The 5th Annual Games for Health Conference will come to Boston this June 11th and 12th – registration for the event is now open at this website. The organizers, the Serious Games Initiative, promise to provide great insight for attendees into the growing worlds of exergaming/active games, health training games, disease management efforts and more. In a nutshell, the event will feature:

• Over 55 sessions, many including research results
• 4-5 total tracks with special tracks dedicated to cognitive gaming, exergaming/active gaming, simulation + training
• Three exhibit rooms including a dedicated Exergaming/Active Gaming Exhibit Area sponsored by Humana
• Networking reception sponsored by Virtual Heroes

In addition, the Boston Post Mortem team has announced that their June 9th event will be hosted by the Games for Health Conference. The conference and the BPM gathering will both be held at the Hyatt Harborside Hotel. You must RSVP to attend the June BPM event by emailing or by registering to attend any part of the Games for Health Conference (although, you do not have to attend Games for Health to attend the BPM event).
